Five fronts in one day. Not scattered — each one fed the next.
Built the DEX volume vertical end-to-end — raw data through the warehouse, out through an API, into the digest. One pipeline, four stages, working.
Wrote a product memo for an AI-agent education idea — courses for senior devs on building with persistent memory and real tool use. Parked it after the scan. Needs more validation before I commit time.
Fixed a broken public-facing page on an older project. Shipped a coming-soon overlay instead of leaving a 404 visible. Broken pages erode trust faster than empty ones.
Ran the knowledge-graph scanner on the full vault for the first time — 2,987 files mapped into 2,920 nodes with 1,790 cross-references.
Shipped
- DEX vertical — end-to-end pipeline live
- Education product memo — researched, parked
- Knowledge graph — full vault mapped
Notes
When a tool is promising but not ready, the answer is a re-evaluation date — not yes or no. Gives the vendor time to mature without me forgetting to check back.
